Looks:  Very tight compact sparkly kush nugs.

Smell: OG has a smell all its own. If you don't know what that is I highly suggest you find out.

Taste: the perfect combo of sweet and sour.

Buzz Type: Strong. Starts out very euphoric and eventually leads into a nice body buzz.

Buzz Length: Long 2+ Hours.

Overall: I don't even know what to say about this strain that hasn't already been confirmed several times over. Its amazing and probably my favorite strain of all time. Any kush variety you can find is always a good choice. Pure kush is also extremely good and i highly recommend i'm going to post a review of  it soon hopefully

BJ (Blackjack)

I know I promised OG kush but this review was already done and i'm still working on the OG review. So heres what you get for today! Heres my first Michigan MMJ review. Its a good one with some amazing Blackjack. Feel free to comment on any of the posts, all you need is a standard gmail account.

Name: BJ (Blackjack)

Grade: A+

Type: Hybrid (Blackjack - Jack Herer X Black Domina)

Price: $25/g

Looks:  Covered in trichs, Very strange bud structure. unlike anything i have really seen before. Looks really do tell you how potent this bud is. Just totally frosted!! Just peep the pics.

Smell: Very light and sweet smell. Slight hash smell. Real sweet smells kind of like a pixi stick.

Taste: Pleasant smoke, Easy on the inhale. Tightens the lungs right away. Nice and smooooth

Buzz Type: Strong. This is one very strong strain right here. Somewhat jittery to start and then its all couchlock.The high just lasts and lasts.

Buzz Length: Very long 3+ Hours.

Overall: One of two strains I picked up from my first michigan dispensary experience at NACC. They were very nice people and more than happy to accept my out of state patient status.  Only negative about this strain was what i had to pay for it but oh well it happens.This strain produces quite the unusually long high. This is a extremely medical smoke and i can see exactly why so many dispensarys are started to have it because its damn good. This deserves the A+ 

Biodiesel

Type: Unknown (Some type of Diesel variety)

Price: $9/G

Looks:  Covered in trichs, This is looks soaked its so resinous. Amazingly good looking bud.

Smell: SOUR!. So Very sour. Very slight pine smell.

Taste: Sour all the way. This one gets the nose stinging.

Buzz Type: Strong. This is is some seriously potent medical smoke.

Buzz Length: Long 2+ Hours.

Overall:  I'd never seen this strain until the one time i saw it at HCH I. I have no idea what the genetics are but i'm guessing from the looks of the buds that its a Diesel variety crossed with some sort of OG. This one was quite deceiving at first just because it was on the $9 "bargain" shelf even tho i knew it was still good just by the looks and smell of this baby. I was quite surprised and my assumption on the smell and look of this bud was spot on. This is an amazing medical cannabis strain. It made all of my aches and pains just melt away while still leaving me with enough energy to still function. Very balanced.

Snow White

Looks:  Totally frosted. An absolutely amazing looking piece of bud.

Smell: Very sour and fruity.

Taste: Very sour, Really potent smoke that stings the nose.

Buzz Type: The buzz is very strong and medical with this one. Couchlock strain for sure. excellent paint relief but quite lethargic.

Buzz Length: Long 2+ Hours.

Overall:  A white strain without a doubt! This is another strain that i just love to smoke. The smoke is very thick and quite pleasant. Quite lemony and sour with some piney aftertaste. I would never pass on this one when its properly grown of course.  Snow white is a strain that consistently delivers and this  is a must have for any garden and is always a good buy whenever available. 

Skywalker OG

"Luke, I am your father" Heres my reviews for skywalker OG. This is a wonder of strain and is blowing up lately for good reason.This is my last review from colorado. I sure will miss all the wonderful meds and wonderful prices that colorado has to offer but michigan ain't so bad these days. Name: Skywalker OG

Type: Indica

Looks: Compact nice crystal covered buds. Resinous so this is a sticky one. These are some perfectly cured buds. The trichs are HUGE!

Smell: Sour pine smell. kush, kush, kushhhhhh. Fruity undertones much like the cough varieties. :D 

Taste: I smoked this one out of my volcano and it tends to make all weed taste the same but still has quite a sweet taste when vaped. althought this one is a much better tasting strain when smoked obiviously

Buzz Type: Strong. This one is deserving of all the hype it gets. The buzz is very clean but very medically beneficial. Good indica body buzz and works amazing on pain relief. Good strong OG kush buzz from this one that just doesn't seem to end. Vapor is quite smooth and easy on the lungs.

Buzz Length: Long 2+ Hours.

Overall: Smoked this one out of the Volcano this time. This strain has been blowing up out in cali and also in CO. Its for good reason because this one is really good. Very good night time insomnia relief.  This one works perfect for just winding down.  I don't recommend smoking this early in the day or if you have stuff to do cause its an OG  and it will stick you to the couch. I would definitely put this in my top 10 strains and its one of my go to indicas when i have to chance to buy it. It gets an A for good reason. 

Diesel Foot

Todays strain is Diesel foot (Diesel X Big Foot). This is the second to last review of my colorado nugs *tear* but coming soon i'll have some michigan MMJ reviews.

Name: Diesel Foot

Grade: C+

Type: Indica (Sour Diesel X Bigfoot)

Price: $5.99/G

Looks: Weird looking bud structure, covered in orange hairs. not very frosty.

Smell: Not much for smell really. Slight piney earthy smell is about all i can pick up. Slight Hint of sour d.

Taste: Kinda of harsh on the exhale. The Sour D does come out in the taste though. Just kind of your generic weed taste haha.

Buzz Type: Onset is kind of long, sets in about 5-10 minutes after smoking. Mild to start and gets more intense with time but seems to peak quickly and then just kind of fades away. Very jittery at the peak. Then couchlock effects seem to take over.

Buzz Length: Average 1-2 hours

Overall: This one is just an average strain for me. The only real reason i bought it was because it was so cheap. Still good medical grade marijuana but doesn't really have anything that sticks out and makes me want to buy it again. I've never heard of this one until i saw it at hch2 and my guess is that its an in house cross because they are the only ones i've seen with the bigfoot strain. Nothing special as far as MMJ goes but still a good smoke and still worth buying but just kind blah overall.

Raspberry Cough

The last review for march is a good one. Today we have raspberry cough. I've only sen this strain this one time and man is it amazing.

Type: Sativa

Looks: mostly dark green buds with little bits of orange. As with strawberry cough looks are very deceiving. Extremely resinous strain almost hard to load a bowl its so sticky.

Smell: Actually smells like raspberry. Smells just like strawberry cough does but with raspberries instead. I dont know how they doit but this def smells like raspberrys very true to name

Taste: Soooo fruity. Such a pleasing strain to smoke. Smoke is kind of thin but tastes soooo delicious. Tastes like fruity hash. Very potent smoke.

Buzz Type: Strong. This is pretty much the same as straw cough as far as buzz type. Very cerebral and uplifiting high. Clean, easy strain to get shit done with. Only takes a very small of amount for this strain to give desired effects because it is very strong.

Buzz Length: Long. 2 hours. You almost forget you're high when you smoke this one cause it is so energetic.

Overall: As soon as i exhale i begin to feel the effects of this amazing strain. This is the only time i have even seen this strain and just getting the chance to smoke this is amazing. I'm sure this one is super rare and i just hope i can come across it again someday. If you ever have the opportunity to buy this strain and it actually is a legit version i would buy as much of it as you can regardless of price because it is just sooo good. This one is tied right with strawberry cough because for the most part its the same exact strain. The only difference i can find is smell because buzz type and bud structure are almost exactly the same as strawberry cough. I'm guessing this one was a very fruity smelling straw cough  pheno. A+ regardless, too bad i just smoked my last bowl of this beauty :(

L.S.D.

Name: L.S.D. (Lemon Sour Diesel)

Type: Sativa dominant (Lemon skunk X Sour Diesel)

Price: $40/8th

Looks: Dark green buds with oranges hair all over. Very large trichromes and quite plentiful. You can easily see the heads on the trichs with the naked eye they are so large. Very resinous.

Smell: Like a Skunk dipped in lemon juice.

Taste: Pinesol mixed with a hashy skunk. Very sweet on the exhale somewhat harsh on the inhale. Tastes like weed lemon bread. Eases the lungs niceley. This is a easy smoke in that its very sweet lemon tasting and easy on the pallet  but since it is so strong it can get you coughing.

Buzz Type: Strong. Definitely has strong indica undertones that come through.  The onset is very quick and doesn't waste anytime with relief.  

Clean high. Starts behind the eyes and works outward. Jittery. Wouldn't recommend with people who have lots of anxiety.

Buzz Length: Long. 2+ Hours. depending on tolerance of course.

Overall: Supposedly this strain grown to its best potential can produce 24% THC buds so naturally this is a very strong sativa. I was told by the bud-tender this is a mostly sativa variety but i'm not so sure with the amount of indica effects you get with this one and just the overall bud structure would lead me to believe it to be more of a indica pheno. Anyway this strain is super good and is definitely what i would call a connoisseur smoke and is top shelf in every way. I would give it an A+ but its a little jittery of a buzz.

NYC Diesel #2

Todays review is the world famous nyc diesel.  Always a good choice if i do say so myself.

Name: NYC Diesel #2

Type: Hybrid 60/40 (Mexican Sativa X Afghani)

Price: $40/8th

Looks: Light green and compact buds that are perfectly cured.Typical sativa dominat diesel buds. Crystal balls covered in Orange.Beautiful specimen of bud for sure. 

Smell: Very sour. definitely true to name as you should expect with this one.

Taste:  Smooth on both the inhale and exhale. Really opens the airway up. Hashy but i think thats mostly cause i smoked thiso ne with hash but still a very smooth good tasting smoke.

Buzz Type: Strong. Kind of overwhelming at first gets the mind really racing. This one is definitely meant for some deep thinking. I wouldn't use before trying to sleep or with trying to alleviate anxiety symptoms.

Buzz Length: Average 1-2 hours.

Overall:  I loaded this bowl with some bubblehash so it definitely intensifies the already great high this bud gives you. This one doesn't really stick out to me but thats mostly cause its such a name brand popular strain and i have had it quite a few times and its all over the place. None the less this strain is deserving of all the hype that it does receive because it is such a consistently good product. NYC Diesel is never a bad buy and even tho i wouldn't put it in my top 10 strains and it doesn't really stick out from all the crazy strains we are seeing today I'll still buy it often just because of that consistency. Thats why it gets an A.

S.A.G.E.

Name: S.A.G.E. (Sativa Afghani Genetic Equilibrium)

Type: Hybrid (Big Sur Holy X Afghani)

Price: $7.99/G

Looks: Orange foxtail buds with lots of trichromes. Compact. Triangular in shape almost christmas tree like. Very well cured bud.

Smell: Very sour and dank like a basement smells. Really does smell like actual sage. Slight hint of grapefruit. 

Taste:  Actually tastes like sage. Kind of hashy on the exhale. Warming sensation of the lungs immediately upon inhale. 

Buzz Type: Strong. Very clean hybrid buzz  with all around excellent medical effect.This is a heavy hitter for sure. Buzz can be a little intense.

Buzz Length:LONGGGG 2-3 hours +

Overall: This a very well produced strain with excellent genetics behind it. Amazing. Very strong buzz that just lasts for ever. Makes you cough a lot more than most strains. I would definitely  grow this strain.

Strawberry Cough

Alright after a little hiatus we are back with one of the best reviews yet. Heres my review of one of my absolute favorite strains. Name: Strawberry Cough

Type: Sativa(80/20)

Price: $11.42/G, $40/8th

Looks: One of the most resinous buds i have ever handled. Looks are very deceiving with this one. 

Smell: Soooo fruity, really is true to name and actually does have a hint of strawberry.

Taste: Fruity as  you would expect. This one is just some of the best tasting buds out there so fruity doesn't even taste like weed... almost.

Buzz Type: Extremely strong but very clear headed. The best sativa i have ever smoked in my personal opinion this one is my go to sativa.

Buzz Length: Long 2+ hours easy.

Overall: This one is very deceiving in looks compared to the high that it produces. If i had to pick one strain that i could only smoke for the rest of my life i would pick this one. The cleanest just best all around smoke i have ever found. Immediate effect upon inhalation and then a lot of coughing since this is such a potent smoke. I've bought this strain more than any other. i fell in love with this one from the first hit haha.

Grape Ape

Todays dank is the ever amazing grape ape.

Name: Grape Ape

Grade: A

Type: Hybrid (Purple Paki X Skunk #1)

Price: $11.42/G, $40/8th

Looks: Sometimes i've bought this and the buds are pure purple. normally its a good green purp mix with lots of trichromes

Smell: Sweet purple goodness. Skunky, makes sense since this is a skunk cross. very pleasant smell.

Taste: kind of harsh as with most purple strains. sweet and very smooth on both the inhale and exhale. slight hashyness on the exhale. smoke is kind of thin but still very potent.

Buzz Type: Very cerebral couchlock high. excellent for pain relief. Immediate stoned feeling sets in from behind the eyes moving forward. buzz seems to start in the eyes/throat and slowly permeates the body. relaxes and opens the airway quite nicely.

Buzz Length: Long 2-3 hours

Overall: I smoked this out of a bowl topped with 40+ strain keif when i wrote this review so the buzz type might not be totally accurate to grape ape but close enough. But yea this strain is another top 10 and is always a good buy of course only when its grown properly of course. i personally will only buy and only seek out the best grown buds i can find. Its popular for a reason and thats cause its such a consistant variety of MMJ.
